Starting up something no matter what, there are some grounds that you need to cover, in order to limit the loss if anything goes wrong. These are the options where one doesn’t usually pay much attention or take seriously, however the same features can destruct your whole business and its resources overnight.

Structure & Hierarchy.

This is what could disrupt the inner functionality of any business. Every person has its own post of designation and with that a level of ego. A proper hierarchy must be set so as to properly feed every person’s ego and keep them happy. For instance a manager in no case would like to report his/her team it to be the other way around. There should be a check on every person in the company and the request & complaint should be properly channeled

up the hierarchy.

Roles & Responsibility.

Every person in the company should be assigned a specific role & responsibility along with a proper authority to make a decision. Every decision made by a person should only be questioned by the person up the chain. If not, then it would create an unhealthy work environment

Copyrights when choosing a Name/Logo/Tagline.

While choosing a Name/Logo/Tagline one should  research and make sure  not to use the name that has already been registered or copy the logo/tagline, cause if as hoped when your business grows, it’ll attract attention on these tiny details and if these are copied then a person/organization will bring a lawsuit against you.

Legal Contracts.

A business should have a properly structured set of legal contracts to ensure the safety of the company. Legal contracts include all the financial contracts as well as copyright. These legal contracts are also required when you hire a person to ensure your employer loyalty. Documents like Employment Contract; Non-Disclosure Agreement; Non-Compete Clause are among the most important contracts.

Exit Strategy.

Hope for the best but expect the worst. When starting up something, one never thinks of closing it down, which is a big mistake. There are circumstances and scenarios where a business should be shut down. This is where exit strategy is required. Exit strategy is the key map / protocols that you design to follow if in any case you need to shut the business down. This strategy limits your exposure to loss. 

Take It from someone who’s been where you at.

Starting up something needs a lot more insights than one expects. Every mind has his own scope which limits its vision and self-understanding of aspects. When starting-up one always browses for options and ways to make the process somewhat effective, and so you seek the insights of the people who are in the field that you’re getting into. Every input from every person is helpful in one way or the other. You don’t only need an advisor who agrees with you and elaborates your idea but you also need a person who will always point out the flaws in your plan.

Having an advisor and getting advised are two different things. Every next person can provide you an ‘Advice’ but it’s on you to take it seriously or not, on the other hand it’s you who chooses the person from people as advisors. First is the one whom you trust, no matter what field/business he/she belongs to, their advice holds the value to you because you know they are amongst your well-wishers. Second are the advisors who are in the same field as you, Take it from someone who’s been where you are, these advisors are the most essential cause they can provide the actual insights and share their failures with you. These advisors might not be able to help with what to do in order to succeed but they sure will provide you insights on what not to do to keep you from failing. A person learns from his mistakes but an entrepreneur also learns from another’s mistakes.

Advisors are the one who directly cast an effect on your mind and can alter the authority of your mind into making a decision, and business is all about making the right decisions so be careful who you take the advice from and be sure to hold your thoughts upto the utmost priority cause no matter what, in the end it’s all on you.

Today the world is no more out of reach, with internet there are ways to target potential clients that will make the start-up/business run smoothly and progress. No more door-to-door marketing or cost of televised Ads & Ads in print media. No matter what business you are running or what problems you’re solving it’s always advisable to let people know what you’re doing, who knows where one might require your services. The Fall Of The Apple Inc.

So far this year has been nightmare for Apple Inc., Although Apple tried to put a strong stand when in early 2016 it confirmed it's First Off-Shore Development Centre* to be established in India. But in truth Apple has ever since been drowning.  Recently in my previous posts I explained what Decisions Apple Have Made Wrong* And How Google Will Knock Down Apple*. 

When Apple launched iPhone 6 it was said to be the highest selling product from Apple in one week of launch, but soon after reports from users came pouring about how bad quality was delivered at such a steep price. Apple's image took a serious hit. The economy of Apple sunk to a new low which the company has never seen before, so Apple decided to bring New Policies For Damaged iPhone* which they thought would make customers trade their old iPhone for iPhone 6. 

Meanwhile Investors started pulling out and then came the battle of ages, apparently Apple decided to get in ring with Uncle Sam. Like they already hadn't had enough shit. Now company's so called another "FLAGSHIP" is rumored to loose it's audio jack. Yes, iPhone 7 Might Not Have Audio Jack*, which again made it's loyal customers a bit angry. Now it's confirmed that company has decided to cut iPhone production by 30%. I Mean Come on 30% . And on top of it now a Florida Sheriff is Out for Tim Cook*. Basically Apple is tacking hit where ever it can and being brought down by their CEO.

Sheriff Out To Get Tim Cook Once He Gets Green Signal

Sheriff Grady Judd has made it very clear that he is on the side of FBI on the matter of Privacy in a recent press conference. He openly taunted Tim Cook when he said “I can tell you, the first time we do have trouble getting into a cellphone, we’re going to seek a court order from Apple.  And when they deny us, I’m going to go lock the CEO of Apple up.” And promised "I'll Lock The Rascal Up".

And he is right to be angry, I Mean What would be the importance of privacy without safety, would you rather die then to unlock your phone ??? And who is trying to invade your privacy " your government" right ?? Why ??? Because they wanna make COUNTRY SAFE.   

iPhone 7's Audio Jack Removal.....Rumor or Truth

It's been few days since rumors about Apple iPhone 7 are bursting on internet, one of which has got a lot of peopled to believe it's true. The rumor is that iPhone 7 will have no Audio Jack. I said it's rumor because it hasn't yet been officially made clear, but to the best of my knowledge this rumor is backed by leaks and sources. Apple Inc. Has Started Making Bad Decisions

We all know about the fight between Apple & FBI, as the issue is currently exhausting most of Apple's resources and attention other giants are moving forward. Apple is more & more concerned for winning the battle against FBI that for a time being it might be overlooking the threat their competitor poses,And 

Fate Hits You When You Expect It The Least.

Recently it's suggested through reports and leaks that Apple has removed audio jack from it's next flag ship device iPhone 7. At first it was believed that it's a good and bold move to remove the audio jack cause it will make the device slim and took balls to do it and fans of Apple said at-least Apple had the guts to do it, and move the built to next level, but the fail to comply with the fact that iPod is slim than iPhone and still has the audio jack. So basically removing audio jack has nothing to do with the fact to reduce the dimension of device, it's most likely a cost cutting move. Now when/if they remove the audio jack they might make it up by providing wired connection through charging port via a separate connector which apparently will be another accessory for apple users to buy. So Apple did cost cutting on it's product smartly and charged their customers for it and ofcourse Apple would the first to sell those connectors  and that too on steep price.

The second issue to consider is, that every new device that apple launches is another so called FLAGSHIP DEVICE. Never ever has Apple considered to launch a device that could allow their loyal customers and fans to buy a decent priced device, and so no matter what they have to buy Apple's steep priced devices. Have you ever came across news that said "A Man Sold His House For iPhone 6" if not "GOOGLE IT" :P. 

There's a storm coming in economic world and it's inevitable. So there's no doubt that Apple will loose customers if it keeps on launching only high end devices. while Apple is making change to design of same product (iPhone) Google is trying to launch Project Ara which might be considered as  ONCE IN A LIFE TIME PHONE and with it's basic model is believed to cost just $50. More over a customer wouldn't have to buy a whole new device when he wants to upgrade. Considering all these fact it's safe to say that Google Might Know Down Apple. I mean we all know about the hit Apple's Economy took in last quarter.

It's a sad fact that Apple is forgetting the belief of Steve Jobs as he wanted to snatch the market from bullies and provide users the premium experience of technology at reasonable cost.

Google Might Knock Down Apple In Near Future

Apple Inc. already has taken a devastating hit on its economy in the previous quarter. While the stand of  Apple Inc. against FBI is ambiguous to Black & White, it sure as hell has transformed from fight to battle and the damages are bound to be dealt on either sides, unfortunately for Apple the timing s***s. Though Google is backing  Apple's stand but on the other side Google Projects are running somewhat smoothly. And lets not forget the fact that Apple is in the ring with Uncle Sam, The government which is paranoid and spends more on security then anything else so they are sure as hell not going down and if by some miracle they loose the fight they surely will bring Apple to it knees.

Google is bound to launch Project Ara in the vicinity of future. If successful, the project has the minerals to take the world of smartphone into a new "Era". Even though iPhone is popular device, but Project Ara will make every consumer consider their options. Apple Inc. currently has no such product coming in, They need another Steve Jobs if they wanna survive. Not only Apple, companies like Samsung, HTC etc. also might be at the verge annihilation. I mean come Project Ara is once in a life time buy which literally put the power of hardware selection in the hands of Customer

Net Connectivity Assessment

Net connectivity is one of the most frequently faced problems by the users, whether it's related to strength / speed of the network or connection to the server itself.

There are times when the speed is slow so many of general users go to online speed test sites but that's all well and fine when you have a nice connection up and running but when connection goes down.. Well! Then you won't be able to open those speed test sites would you. Then your first instinct would be switch router/modem off and on and hope that it would work, but there are various problems related to net connectivity the best way to resolve is by identifying them and working on solving them accordingly. 

This is where Command Prompt kicks in....this is the best tool that has been inbuilt in the system and thee best part about it is that it works on basic level. It communicates directly to the hardware and its users.

So now lets see how can we exercise this inbuilt tool to our benefits, say we have connection problem and it's either very slow or limited access or might even have no access, the only thing we know is it isn't working like it should even when we tried eternal resolving technique of switching off and back on modem. So we move towards identifying the problem through Command Prompt.

First we check if the hardware of the system is working properly or not. 

The way to check the functionality of your own hardware is to make it ping itself i.e., the hardware is sending a packet to itself and receiving it. It's like we need to check if both our hands are working or not so we give a packet from one hand to another if the packet is given properly the first hand is working and if received properly the second hand is working properly, in this case the two hands a system are sender and receiver. If these two work properly that means our hardware is working just fine. This can be checked easily by single command.  

ping 127.0.0.1

127.0.0.1 is always and always the IP Add. That points towards the hardware of the system, this is a default static universal IP Add. That does not change with change in system. Once you've used this command the set of information will be displayed. First notice the stats of the ping.... that is whether the packets sent is equal to packets received and if the time is less than 1ms. These condition are ideal and should be accurate to 0% loss of packets and the time in any case must be less or equal than 1ms, if not then your system's internal hardware isn't working properly.If this is all well and fine we move to next phase.

Ping Your Router/Modem 

 Once we have learned that there is nothing wrong with the hardware of the system we then ping our router. The by default add. Of our router is 192.168.1.1 again this add is static for all hardware universally. So ping at this add. By simple command of

ping 192.168.1.1

now we evaluate the stats presented to us. Check if there is a packet loss, if yes then connectivity is poor. There must not be any packet loss for connection to be stable. Next you check the avg. time which should be less than 10ms for it to work fast. However this will depend on your net plan you might see time in range of 0 - 50 ms. The more the avg time the less speed you're getting. Time ranging 0-1000ms will work fine knowing at 1000ms speed is slow but if avg. time is beyond then connection is way to poor. On the other hand if you see packet loss, that means there is unstable connection. So this forwards us to next step knowing which end isn't working properly.

Trace Your Packets

We know there is a loss of packets, but we don’t know where the packet got lost. So we use “tracert” command so trace the path of packet. So let’s try to connect to google and see where our packets go missing. The path is always the same in general manner. The packet will first go to host à to router à server of our network provider à server of the target àand will finally reaches the target. So this is how you use trace command

tracert google.comThis will generate the path through which the packet is going through. It will be complicated to notice which Ip Add. Belongs to who. All you need to understand is that your packet is missing before 192.168.1.1 or after. If it is losing before the given add then the fault is on your end and if packet loses after the add. Then the fault is on your service provider’s end

Creating Wireless HotSpot Connection To Connect Multiple Devices

Many of those people who like LAN Gaming need to use this feature a lot, The  best way is to use proper LAN cable. Though connection through cable is fastest when exchanging/sharing files but when you wish to connect more then one devices cable is not as much easily achievable as connecting through a wireless network. This wireless network was set up by using Windows 7 default app named AdHoc. but since upgrades Windows has removed that Adhoc. So now we have to get in depth a bit and create the wireless network. It is Same thing as Adhoc he only difference is now we will change settings of network instead of program named Adhoc used to do it.

When we setup Adhoc it asked us assign a name of network and it's key and then it did all and we would get network up and running, Since AdHoc is removed by Windows("I don't know why") we do this by ourselves.

Procedure To Create Wireless Network

1.Opening Command Prompt In Admin. Mode

Press Windows Sign On Keyboard
Goto Search Menu
Type CMD
Right-Click On CMD app And Choose " Run As Administrator" 

2.Setting A Hosted Network

Type The Following Line in Command Prompt

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=ASSIGN-NAME key=ASSIGN-PASSWORD

The Above Line Will Setup A Hosted Network

3.Starting A Hosted Network

Once The Network Is Setup We Now Need To Start That Network By Below Command 

netsh wlan start hostednetwork

This Will Start Your Network 

Now Simply Login To This Network From Any Other Device and You're Connected

4.Stopping A Hosted Network

Once There is No Use Of Network You Can Terminate It By Following Command 

netsh wlan stop hostednetwork

The recent glitch in Social Networking Site - Twitter places location of Jammu in Pakistani Territory while placing J&K in the border of China. 

This is a glitch that should be corrected ASAP... Twitter should be embarrassed to make such a mistake as it technically placed a part of one nation into another.... are the researchers and analyzers of twitter dumb or just incompetent to have not noticed this first hand and correcting it?

Apple's First Off-Shore Tech. Development Centre To Open In India

Following in the foot steps of Tech. giants Google & Microsoft, Apple has decided to enter the territory of India. It's been believed that Apple will open it's Technology Development Center some time in June, 2016 which is hoped to be fully functional by the end of the year.

Though a decade ago Apple had a Tech. Support Centre located in Bangalore,India which was closed due to poor quality of services. So far Apple has kept its operations regarding Tech, Development strictly inside the border of United States Of America. 

This would be a big step for Apple as it's company's first offshore development center. The Apple's  first Off-Shore Technology Development Centre will open in Hyderabad, India at a site of  250,000 sq,ft of land.The whole project is believed to cost $25 Million, Approx. over Rs.150 Crore (vary with currency exchange rate). The Tech. Development Centre is anticipated to generate nearly 4,500 jobs for locals. Major IT companies like Infosys,  Wipro & Microsoft are among who already has a setup in IT Corridor.

Being building it's first Off-Shore Development Centre, it's safe to say that the California-Based Multinational  Tech. Development Company must have exercised all it's resources and research so as to decide where it is that a center should be set-up. The decision of building in India is a very calculated & smart move. India is one of the most highly populated developing country in the world,  meaning the cost of labor/employee is cheap comparatively, competition is higher as the population of youth is more and all in all  India has always been known for it's innovations and inventions,Whether it'a Zero or Wireless Communication or even Binary Code even in the Ink.   

Apple's New Policy For Damged Iphones

It's been a while since apple has been buy damaged products in exchange for credit from it's customers.The reason for buying damaged products was to repair them and sell them back in market under a banner "Refurbished", these refurbished goods are so to speak are second hand and were damaged(at one point) but are repaired to it's fully functionality status and resold and cut-price. This Marketing strategy was successful as it made it affordable for a lot of people to purchase refurbished good and enjoy the same material at lower price.  

Apple Inc. was happy as it was now able to target the class which otherwise wouldn't buy expensive products and it made customer happy cause now they can have the same thing but only is refurbished for lower rate as a result Apple Inc. sales went up.

Apple Inc. set certain guidelines for buying damaged products and assigned credit accordingly.But Apple Inc. Sales have taken a hit and investors are worried if the effects will be long-term. So Apple renewed the guidelines for Iphone. Previously If one had an Iphone with working Display, Camera and buttons he could get a credit upto $350 and then credit value falls as the damage increases. But since the hit on sales of Iphone Apple seems to have renewed these guidelines so as to make it easy for customer to exchange or upgrade to new models, as of this moment I don't have specifics to new guidelines but be on the lookout if you make up your mind to buy an Iphone or wanna upgrade to new one .

Twitter has started recognizing Terrorism related accounts, and so far it has suspended over 1 Lakh accounts which are believed to have been associated with terrorism.Most of these accounts are said to be operated from Pakistan and Afghanistan with main objective to recruit people for terrorism.

The hotel also includes the charge for their ambiance management and brand doesn't it. Gucci And Prada keep their prices steep. Hell! Rolex watches are costly as hell. The reason is simple, It's called Brand! Why is right for all these but wrong when Apple does it.

Brand is something that defines the status of a person. a rich man will eat same food as poor wear same thing called clothes like poor, brand helps in justifying that status. A rich man need to feel rich and wants to show off their status that's how the world works

Apple is a such a brand so it's totally justified to sell an over priced watch. Nobody is forcing you to buy Apple "OverPrcied" watch but those who like to maintain their high profile status will.. The obvious point of over pricing watch is to maintain that brand. Why do you think all those Rolls Royce cars costs so much ? cause if they don't price it high every one would be able to afford it and the car would become common.If one is rich and the other isn't and they both drive the same car then what would be the benefit of  having all the money that rich man has.That's why their are things in this world that are over priced to make those rich feel satisfied.

Stop looking for certainty cause this is an uncertain world. Reality is just simple Reality it doesn't have to be fair.Apple is a Brand, They worked hard to make it a brand and so they have the right to OverPrice their watch as they see fit.

The Social Networking giant FaceBook has raised over $10 Million in two days by donation campaign to help victims of Nepal. On April 25, 2015 earthquake struck Nepal in a manner that destructed the whole nation and left them in despair. Over 6.600 are dead and 10.000 are injured and a lot are still not accounted. Most of Nepal residents are now homeless and has already lost loved ones.Death toll is expected rise even more as the possibility of digging out a life from the ruins decreases by seconds. Nepal has received helps from various fronts one of which is Facebook. The FaceBook managed to raise $10 million in two days to help victims in Nepal.
